im still waiting

been two weeks tomorrow and still no word from doc of approval? what should i do? call ? scream ? holler? write? im getting so tired and scared they are going to say no, right now i have broch. phenom. so i am here at work in halethorpe, been in this office for a month still dont know if its sold or what? just about everyone else quit , the recieptionist is coming back learning the ropes here real quick

I agree with Angie.  Call the insurance company and make sure that they have the claim for review and all the paperwork necessary to make the decision.  If they say yes then ask when they think they will have an answer.  With my insurance, they had 30 days before they were "required" to answer, but the response came much quicker.
If they don't have all the info, then you can call your dr's office and make sure they send what they need, or if you have copies, you can send to them.

I would call as well but 1st and foremost you need to take care of you pneumonia. I Hope things will work out for you and you get your approval soon..
