TUESDAY'S FEED BAG
So what's everyone eating? Since Mom just got home from her trip on Saturday and was tired, we didn't cook out yesterday. Just as well for me, since I have a hard time with burgers and dogs. And no store bought salads for us - Mom insists on making each one!! I just wasn't up to all the work!!
Yesterday:
B - Protein coffee
L - Feta, tomato and onion crustless quiche
D - Grilled chicken
S - S'mores (ugh!)
MOST of my fluids, all of my vits!

Mmmmmm....smores! I was watching an episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians the other day and they were eating them...made me WANT ONE!!
I actually think I found a solution to my pouch issues with ground beef. At the cookout on Saturday night I had one that was made with 85% lean ground beef and it sat just fine. I normally use the 93-96% lean for everything. I guess the extra fat makes the difference!

L - TJs Maryland Crab and Corn Chowder
Special K crackers w/hummus
D - grilled filet mignon
baked sweet potatoe fries
salad
LNS - greek yogurt w/fresh strawberries w/ff whipped cream - YUMMO!
66 oz. fluids, 80g protein, all my vits.

O M G!!! I LOVE KUWTHK!!!!! LOL!!!! How silly are we!! But I just think Kris & Bruce are a STRANGE couple!! I never would've put them together!!!

How was TJ's crab and corn chowder? Was it canned or frozen?
Hmmmm.........I STILL think my problem with ground beef only comes when it's compacted, like in burgers and meatloaf. But yeah, a little fat is necessary in some foods AND our diets!

I am having a few bad days here, and I know I am a day off, but I feel the need to confess on Monday's foods and complain about PMS and what it is doing to my head here...

L - Hamburger minus the bun at the pool
S - Chicken Tender at the pool (where is my will power!!!)
D - Cafe Steamer from HC, and it sucked. LOL I hate red peppers!!!
S - Bite of a flourless chocolate cake from Trader Joes and it sucked too, might have been my mood do ya think???
Yesterday was worse :( I ate ALL day, nothing really bad, just nothing GOOD either! :( And I didn't get all my fluids on vits on Monday.
There all my bads... AND I am not weighing in today like I should because I am pms'ing, bloated and have cramps.
