Where u been? I've been talking crustless quiche porn for two weeks!!! LOL!!!
Here goes:
Spray a pie pan (either glass or metal) with Pam.
Whisk together 6 eggs and (about) 1/2 cup of milk
Salt and pepper to taste (you can also add other seasonings depending upon the fillings)
As for the added protein, just eyeball it. So far I've done:
Chopped cooked broccoli
Chopped onion
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
and
Chopped tomato (fresh, but if you use canned, make sure you drain it)
Chopped onion
Feta
Greek seasoning
Next week's will be:
Cooked Italian sausage (I remove the casings and chop it up in the frying pan like ground beef)
Sauteed onions and green peppers
Chopped tomatoes
Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until nicely browned. I think next time I'm going to try muffin tins (regular, not mini), so the cooking time might have to be adjusted.
At your service!
