3 THINGS FOR TUESDAY

Okay, it's Tuesday, but it feels like Monday, but it's actually MY Wednesday!!!  LOL!!  How's that for confusion?  I'm taking off on Friday to go to DC with K's 7th grade class for the day - should be fun, I haven't been to DC in YEARS!!!  Busy week other than that!!  I'm hoping that it will rain enough so that softball is cancelled tomorrow night so I can go to Nic's Harford County support group meeting!  Just not enough hours in the day for everything!!

Today, I'm grateful for:

1.  That we had a long weekend!!  I got (somewhat) caught up on my rest and got some things accomplished.  We saw "Night at the Museum 2" on Sunday!  O M G!!  Hilarious!!!  You have GOT to see it!!  Check out the singing cherubs!!!!  LOL!!!

2.  That I cleared Walmart's shelves of s/f apple drink mix!!  I DID leave a FEW tubs of it, but took ALL the boxes!!!  LOL!!!

3.  That Mom made it home safely from her trip - WITH PRESENTS!!!!  Always a nice thing!!!  She bought me a nice Vera Bradley-esque purse (she brings me back a different color each year), a beach-themed Christmas ornament and a sign that says, "My soul's had enough chicken soup - now it wants chocolate!!!"  LOL!!!  She had a great time!  As much as I love her though, I think we ALL needed a break from each other!

4.  That today marks the end of my crown work at the dentist!!  Woo-hoo!!  I'm leaving at 1 and having the last two crowns put on!!  A-men!!!  I still need to have two implants done, but not quite financially ready for them!

Morning Tia and Morning Maryland!

Today, I'm grateful for:

1.   a long weekend, I needed it - no bags under my eyes this morning
2.  I had a successful interview at JC Penneys last Friday - and called this morning, and they are talking about getting me started this weekend for training.
3.  It's Tuesday and not Monday! (Hopefully the week won't feel like it's 10 days long this week)

Marley Station and I will most likely be terrorizing the Women's department with my Aspergers Syndrome for keeping things neat and orderly, especially the 6 fitting rooms they have....and helping out with sales.

Great!!  So when I see this headline, "Penney's Sales Associate Beats Customer with Wire Hanger for Leaving Clothes in Fitting Room!" I'll know to come bail you out!!!!  LMAO!!!!!!

Congrats!!! I'll have to come by and have you use your discount for me since I am addicted to Penney's. Do they have a decent associate's discount? I thought about moving from BBB to JCP because I buy all my clothing there.

I hear it's a 20% discount for most items, 15% for the optical and 10% for salon, and portraits.

You'll have to come at the end of the shift or before the shift begins or on a day off.  I'd hate for them to think I'm shopping on their clock.   As soon as I find out what my schedule is - I'll let ya know.

WOOHOO...Jaques Penne...that exclusive French boutique!    Keeping fingers crossed that you get the job and that you can still go to the beach as well as do the Relay for Life!!!!  Maybe start working and then see if you can negotiate!  We will miss you TOO much!!
