Debbie, sorry to hear about your job, but you don't sound so worried, which is great. You are probably right and this will turn out to be a blessing in disguise. I a lot of ways, I agree - TGIF!

Morning Maryland!!!!

Lots of things to be grateful for!

1.  It's a half day for me - I have an appointment at UPS this afternoon at 1:00 for the Package Handling ( me thinks it's just a job fair thingie)

2.  Some little change that I was waiting on, came  sooner than expected - I was worried I'd have to wait for it until Tuesday - being that the banks observe holidays.

3.  Tonight, I'm heading out to get a special gift for Megan who is turning 14 this Sunday.

4.  Hubby says he's all mine tomorrow - so I have some ideas of where I want to go (and no...the bedroom is not one of those ideas!)

5.  I've got a shop to do tomorrow too - love doing them, quick, easy, painless and fun!

6.  I also have an interview at 4 for Royal Farms down the street from my home. 

It's definitely going to be a great weekend!  Wishing the funnest weekend for everyone!

Debbie - so sorry to hear about what happened, hopefully you'll nab something quickly!  I have heard that thing about how thinner people get jobs quickly compared to those who are heavyset, so now you have a leg up on them, a very long leg!!!!!!!

Debbie, I'm so sorry to hear you lost your job.  I sure hope you find something quickly.  It's a ***** out there right now but I'm sure you already know that. 

We're going to credit counseling at lunch today. OH JOY! lol.  My DH was out of work for 10 months and now that he's back to work he's only bringing in 1/2 of what he did bring. Needless to say, we have exhausted our savings and everything else over that period of time and we still have some debt that we need assistance with. Hopefully they can work with our creditors and get something managable for us.  I HATE THIS!!!!!!!!!

Oh yea, IT'S FRIDAY!  Doing the happy dance.......    Nice 3 day weekend for me. YAY!
