Smithsonian Air Museum at Dulles

Wow.  I thought the Air and Space was something.  This has it all under one roof or hanger.  Space shuttle, war birds all the way back to Billy Mitchel's first combat aircraft, rockets, racers etc.  Well worth the $15 parking fee. Entrance is free.  Saw a BF 109 German war bird like the one my father flew.

I have yet to make it there,, but it's on my list,,, Hmmmm wife is camping with my oldest and her Girl Scout troop,, it's only me and my youngest,, Might have to think about it on Saturday,, and ditch Jessika's Karate.
