every try turkey pepperoni chips... they nuke up in the microwave and are yummy and crunchy

i also love roasted chickpeas... very crunchy.... i have the recipie if anyone wants...

I have never made cheese crips.  Remember, I'm not a good cooker, I'm a good buyer, but send me the info and if it doesn't require too much clean up, I may try it.

I am just so fearful about starting any carbs/snacks at this point.  It is almost like if I eat one I have to eat the whole bag/container/tub, you name it.  If I don't start, I won't have to stop.

YOU CAN DO THIS.  I KNOW IT.  BAD CARBS - EVIL.  COMPLEX CARBS - GOOD.

You'd think we could get this by now, but apparently, evil is often more powerful.  SIGH.

well these lavash are complex... truly.  oat bran, flaxseed and whole grains...  they are just SO YUMMY....

yep i know ... for me I have to be  no grains, no fruits right now... south beach phase 1 all the way.
