FRIDAY'S FEED BAG
Well, I'm bound and determined to have a good weekend, food-wise!! I'm going to make a shrimp, feta, tomato and onion quiche, some roasted chickpeas or edamame and whatever else pops into my little head. I'm less likely to eat bad stuff if I've got good stuff prepared.
Yesterday:
B - Greek yogurt w/mandarin oranges and TVP
S - Banana
L - Black bean soup with chicken and cheese
S - Apple with pb
D - Two slices thin crust cheese pizza
S - 1 scoop nsa coffee caramel ice cream
All my fluids, all my vits!

I agree, I am really motivated too. The shock of yesterday has really given me a jolt in a good way regarding the eating. Hopefully, this will continue and I won't relapse into the old ways of using food to ease my worries.

B - Frozen chocolate mint protein shake
S - A few midgie tootsie rolls - This was before my shock. I have since thrown the rest out.
L - Salad w/tuna and cheese.
D - Greek yogurt w/SF peach preserves

I was semi-good yesterday. I almost made it, but the night time, when I get home is the hardest. I wish I didn't have to have food in the house for everyone, because if it's not there I wouldn't eat it.
B - 2 slices ham & 2 cups of coffee

L - Romaine lettuce with imitation crab/turkey/1/2 boiled egg
vitamin water
15 minute walk to Giant & back to get the salad
D - Small piece of steak & s/f rice pudding w/raisins

30 minute walk
about 20 almond crisps, some with p/b

Yesterday was weird because I had to go completely fat free in preparation for the ultrasounds today. So glad I'm done with that!

D - meatless chili w/kidney and butter beans
S - 5 gummy cola bottles...yep...they're fat free!
60 oz. fluids, 40g protein (yikes!), all but one dose calcium
