Fantastic weight loss, Heather. On the pain note, I know you don't want another surgery so soon, but if it is your gallbladder, I can tell you that my own experience is the surgery and pain after recovery are nothing compared to the gallbladder attacks. I'll take the bit of discomfort and short recovery over them any day! I'll be pulling for you!

Hope it's nothing, but in case it is, here's a comparison:

RNY: I was in the hospital 2 days, on bed rest for almosta week.
GB Removal: home in a few hours, at the library that evening, at work 4 days later with no discomfort :-)

Just sayin'
