I'm so proud of myself for resisting the urge to lns on bad stuff last night.  I don't know what it is - the only thing I can think is that I'm tired/stressed and NOT thinking!!!!  I snacked but put down the bad and picked up the good!  YAY ME!!

B - Protein coffee
      Greek yogurt with TVP and mandarin oranges

S - Banana

L - Crustless broccoli/cheese quiche 
     Watermelon

D - Grilled chicken tacos from TB - 2 tacos stuffed with the guts of a 3rd

S - Rita's s/f Peach Mango Italian ice
      Apple w/pb

All my fluids, all my vits!!

L- fruit salad, cheese stick and 4 multigrain club crackers
D- greek yogurt w/sf strawberry preserves and sf seeds ( too tired after my 15 laps around the track :o)

I'm having some issues and I'm glad my 6-month checkup is tomorrow...I'm wondering about gall bladder issues again! 

Yesterday:

B - strawberry protein shake

S - mini caramel rice cakes

L - shrimp w/****tail sauce

S - turkey jerky (Oscar was NOT happy so I had papaya enzymes as well)

S - warm skim milk w/splenda

D - ff yogurt w/strawberries

86 oz. fluids, 86g protein, all my vits

Good Luck!
My gall bladder is my biggest fear! I do NOT want to go through ANY type of surgery again!!

Mine too!  There are alot of surgeons that will take it out at the same time because of the high percentage of WLS post-ops who develop problems.  I wish mine was one of them.  I DO NOT want another surgery and can't really take off time from work right now, but I will do what I need to do I guess!

Yesterday-

B-  Apples with cream cheese
L-  1 piece of ham rolled with rf pepper cheese
      1 piece of ham rolled with rf tomato basil cheese
      Strawberries w/ ff cool whip

S-  peanuts

D-  chicken w/ chorizo (only a touch of chorizo)

      refried beans

(I still really think i eat too much at a meal!   Lunch anyhow!)

All my water and vits!

Okay, if you think that, eat the ham/cheese rolls and then wait about 15 minutes.  If you're STILL hungry, have some strawberries.  Remember, it takes about 15-20 minutes for our heads to catch up with our stomachs.

If you're sick after you're done, then YES, you MAY be eating too much.
