I'm 99% sure that I can get a site.  Boss is back from Asia this week so I will verify with him.  Congrats to you on your 1 year anniversary!!!!! You have done spectacular and there is nothing wrong with tooting your own horn!!! 
Let me know if there is anything that I can do as far as helping you get the group back together.  I'm more than willing to help.

Thank you Lisa! Your statements really hit home for me. I hope you don't mind, but I am going to use that as my own "kick in the pants"! I have been lazy and lapsing. I am very unhappy with myself. Yes, I am happy for what I have achieved. But unhappy, because I should be / could have been done by now. And you are right about all of the things that have been missed and all of the things that we have been able to do since WLS and will continue to do as we go forward!

Again, you are a true inspiration! Congrats!

Thanks so much.  You are always so encouraging and I really appreciate your input and insight.  I think because we have achieved some success and people see that we have changed, we sometimes take that for granted and rest on our laurels (SP?).  But we deserve the pot at the end of the rainbow!!!  Go for the gusto!!! and we will both make it together!

Thanks so much!!!  I have treated myself.  Bought myself 2 outfits, (actually new ~ not from goodwill ~ on sale) that I can't fit yet as an incentive to keep going.  So hope to wear them in another 20 lbs!!!

I kept a pir or two of pants that were barely fitting as my incentive and it was a treat when I would finally get into them. Now I have a bag full of clothes that have been there for a few months. Need that kick in the pants myself. specially since I have that last 20-30 lbs to go.

I'm at the 7 1/2 month mark myself and know that I haven't done everything right.  There are people that had surgery the same day that I did, that had the same or similar amount of weight to lose, who have lost more and are already at goal.  I hadn't exercised since my 8 weeks on disability were over and just started again a few weeks ago.  So, I'm right there with ya about kicking yourself in the pants!

I did buy myself a new outfits (not from goodwill).  I can't fit in it yet, but it is an aspiration.  Hope you're doing well and not working or "driving" yourself crazy.
