Walk from Obesity...any groups in the Baltimore area?

I am wondering if I should start a group or if I could just join someone else’s.

Anyone in the area got a group going?

I don't see one on their website :( This is a goal I have set for myself for next year... Not quite far enough into the exercise to feel like I am up to this yet...

Let me know. I might be interested. It's a way for me to travel, but long weekend walks are good. Maybe we could even plan that the group come to the shore for a long weekend walk.
