TUESDAY'S FEED BAG
Good morning!!!! I brought the last of my yummy crustless quiche with me for lunch. I think I'm going to experiment with Egg Beaters in the next one. Granted, I don't like spending the $, but I also don't like the fat, etc., that comes with using 6 eggs in a quiche. That could be a lot of whole eggs in a week!
Yesterday:
B - Protein coffee
S - Apple w/pb
L - Broccoli & cheese quiche
Watermelon
D - Lunch, sans melon

Breakfast - Ham and Cheese crackers
Snack - Jiff to go (PB) and saltines (I don't know if you can call this a snack, because I grazed on them for about 2 hours)
Sobe life water
Fuze slenderize drink
Dinner - Roasted Chicken breast and a light and fit yogurt
Tropicana light juice
No exercise

S- flaxseed/soy tortillas cheese and jalapenos
D- pizza topping (only two bites... didn't feel like eating.)
S- strawberries with coolwhip free
over 90 oz of water yesterday (I was really thirsty)
All my vitamins!
15 min elliptical/30 min treadmill/15 min weight lifting
