MONDAY'S FEED BAG
Good morning!! What's everyone eating? I made a yummy crustless broccoli and cheese quiche yesterday!!! Breakfast or lunch for a week!! I'm going to try a feta and tomato quiche next week. I also came upon a different flavor of the EAS RTD shakes I use - rich, dark chocolate! I added it to my coffee - YUMMY - cafe mocha!!!!!

I love quiche but have had an aversion to eggs since eating so many on the pureed phase. I'll be able to eat them again at some point as I've gone through the same thing each time I was on Atkins.

S - chocolate milk with s/f hersheys syrup
D - grilled chicken salad
