Denied for VSG... now what?

yea maybe try one appeal before moving on to the rny. but ur surgeon will tell u if rny won't be healthy for you. good luck!

Lisa, I am so sorry and I know wanted this so bad. I am glad you have other options.  I have a friend who knows a woman who was denied and she ate until she gained so much weight they finally did RNY. I dont think thats a good option but that was her choice... I wish you well and hope that there can be a change for you..
 
I have read and heard good things about the lapband too.. Dont give up...
