I will be having surgery on Monday. I have to do the bowel pre so what kind of Popsicles can i have on clear liquid.

go for the sugar free pops... they are flavored in grape, cherry orange and such... usually in a yellow box in the freezer...

Yep, the s/f Popsicles are a staple in my house. You can basically have any s/f type, with the exception of the fudge bars and the ones with cream in them. Same thing with s/f Jello - any variety should be okay.

I also suggest the Luigi brand sugar free Italian Ices : they can be found at Giant and Superfresh: Superfresh has Sugar Free " Bomb Pops" that are the Bomb LOL I love them
and sometimes go to superfresh just because they have them.

My hubby eats the sugar free jello and Popsicle's since he is diabetic. They are not to bad...
