FRIDAY FEED BAG
I'll get this started for Tia this morning.
Whatcha eatin' guys?
Yesterday:
B - greek yogurt/strawberries protein shake
S - Power Crunch Protein Bar
L - turkey jerky
pretzels
S - peanuts
dried apricots
D - 1/4 crab and gouda quesadilla (leftovers from Nacho Mamas)
guacamole
80 oz. fluids, 76g protein, all my vits.

B - Frozen Choc Mint protein shake w/banana
S - Almonds
L - Salad w/hard boiled egg
S - a couple of bites of cheese and a cube of pineapple (at a going away party we had at work)
D - Frozen Choc Mint protein shake w/ a few frozen strawberries (I saved this until late so that I would not be tempted to graze. I know I should not eat my dinner so late. But I have really been fighting with myself at night. This way I got my protein in and it was not too heavy to eat that late.)
Next....
