3 THINGS FOR THURSDAY!
Walking is essential!!! So by all means, make him get out there and walk. If the weather is yucky, walk a mall or a store. It was really hot after my surgery, so my Mom and I walked and walked in a mall. At the end of my sick leave, Mom had lost 11 pounds just from walking WITH me.
Try to get some rest.

So good to see you last night. I had a wonderful time being silly and eating too much!
1. almost the weekend!!! and i get to see you again on sunday at dianne's potluck. do i have to buy something? lol
2. i found out yesterday i got a position on post i interviewed for. it is going to be cool doing that instead of twiddling my thumbs here. won't be on the board during the day though :(
3. next week i am off 6 days. sure, surgery will be the reason, but i take what I can get LOL.

Hmmmm..........I don't think Dianne's potluck is a TS party, but I'm sure if you WANTED to buy something, you could. I ordered some dip mixes from her, I'm going to mix them with Greek yogurt.
Congrats on the job!! That's awesome!!! Bad news that you won't be able to be on the board, though. Make sure you update about your next meeting, though, or if you email me, I can do it for you.

Tia - Glad your Dad is doing OK :
Today I am grateful for :
1. My gyn: who agreed to do the ablation even though she tried to convince me to try an IUD first.
2. For my parents : Mom sat at the Dr's office for almost 2 hours waiting for me yesterday : she
said she felt like she was in a baby factory LOL Lots of women going in for sonograms.
3. For dinner last night with my brother: hes headed back to Jacksonville Friday and won't
be back up for a couple months: so even though it meant missing Aaron and the gang last night I am so glad I spent it with my Bro.
4. For pool classes at the gym tonight: I'm going to lay off the weight circuit till I find out
what is going on with my shoulder: but the warm water helped the other night so hopefully
I can continue the water classes so I get some exercise anyway.
Crossing my fingers the thunder storms hold off till after 9:00 PM
5. For Dr who have late office hours: I see my PCP tonight and while I hate that sometimes
it takes over an hour for her to see me I don't have to miss any time from work.

We missed you last night, but I'm glad you had a nice time with the family. Although I have to somewhat disagree - blood may be thicker than OH family, but I sometimes prefer my OH family over my extended one (NOT my immediate family)! LOL!!!
Oh, I can't WAIT to hear what Dr. Duck has to say to you tonight!!

Oh believe me : while I was sitting at dinner with my brother, sister in law and parents I was
thinking of all of you and wishing I could have split myself in to two people last night LOL
We do need to come up with another meetup sometime soon.
Today, I'm grateful...
1. That I was able to make the Nacho Mama's outing last night! All of you Losers look WONDERFUL!! It was great meeting new friends and seeing old friends! I wish I could have been there earlier!
2. For Jilly's wonderful picture taking...that was fun and I got a great new avitar for facebook out of it!
3. That it is Thursday and only one of my shows is on tonight....early to bed for me! I'm EXHAUSTED!!!

It was great to see you as always, WT! I'm glad I made it just pissed at the traffic! There was still traffic Northbound as I was driving home too!
Cheeser is doing just fine. One stitch came loose on her hip so I pulled it right out. She hasn't bothered her incisions at all and there is no sign of any blood either. All good news!!! Phew!
