B- eggbeaters w/onion tomato and turkey sausage on a low carb tortilla
L- Chicken fajita wrap
S- Protein Bar
D- Creamy Italian chicken from the crock pot ( I dont know what but something in this made me dump....it was horrible!! I think it may have been the butter??)

I have been an exercise machine this week (yay me lol) so I have really tried to focus on getting my protein levels up
