Yesterday:

B - Not a clue

L - Grilled chicken and green beans from KFC

D - Black bean soup

All of my vits and all of my fluids (including 4 ritas!!!)

Hmmm...yesterday seems so far away!

B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake

L - shrimp w/****tail sauce
     peanuts

D - 1/4 crab and gouda quesadilla

S - greek yogurt w/fresh strawberries and blackberries

72 oz. fluids, 75g protein, didn't do well on vits yesterday.

Dammit! I forgot to fill my vitamin/rx container!

B- Greek Yogurt w/ Orange Marmalade & splenda

L- Crab Soup,  potato salad, macaroni salad, cherry loaf cake

D- 1/8 Quesadilla, 1/4 pork bbq, quacomole & chips, and crab nachos

B- eggbeaters w/onion tomato and turkey sausage on a low carb tortilla

L- Chicken fajita wrap

S- Protein Bar

D- Creamy Italian chicken from the crock pot ( I dont know what but something in this made me dump....it was horrible!! I think it may have been the butter??)

LNS-Protein Shake

I have been an exercise machine this week (yay me lol) so I have really tried to focus on getting my protein levels up
