UPDATE ON DAD

As Darla posted, I sprung him yesterday.  His bp was back down in the normal range, so he's just got to follow up with his cardiologist and the vascular surgeon in a couple of weeks.  The surgeon said he was able to get his renal artery opened about 80%, which is great!!

He was a little "sick" yesterday, as his body was getting rid of the meds - ICK!, but he's fine now.
He was at Dunkin Donuts at 4 a.m. this morning (his usual time), so that's when I knew he really WAS okay.

Thank you all again for everything!!  Let's have some peace and quiet now for a while, shall we? 
Can't wait to see you guys tonight!!!!

4 am? that is just unnatural!

My Dad gets up around 4-ish too but then again he's usually in bed by 8 or 8:30!  Glad to hear things are well!

Good to hear sweet pea.  It was nice meeting the family - of course, would rather not have to meet people in my office if you know what I mean!

Tia so glad to hear he's getting back to normal. Surgery certainly takes a toll on a body.
