I WISH !!! but we leave tomorrow night after work ... and at 6 p.m. I'll be rushing around doing the last minute stuff that I SHOULD have done on sunday... lol .. I haven't done one bit of packing or getting ready yet. We went out with J & W on the spur of the moment last night because we haven't seen them in over two weeks and by the time we got home, I was POOPED (or was that 'wined') out ..

I'm glad Dad came through everything with flying colors! I haven't had a chance to call/write but I am thinking of you.

Need to get a bunch done before I walk out of here tomorrow so I best get to it.

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!

Whom ever said that people who have WLS are taking the easy way out, have never had this experience. This is a journey and a major challenge. Step by step I am striving to make it as a loser!!

OK - Now it looks like I will not be able to be there. I was a maybe anyway because of my dental work earlier that day. Now, My nephew needs my help with some things he is working on and Wednesday is the only night I can help him, as long as I feel up to it.

I am really sorry to miss this! I am sure it will be a good time!
