I am having something weird happen soemtimes. I had it happen during the weekend and it is happening again now.

I start to get very hot and flushed and my hands shake and i feel jittery. this weekend it lasted about 5 minutes or so. I drank something and ate something cold. is it dehydration? overheating?

feels so bad!

no clue but it sounds like a blood sugar issue to me.

That's how I feel when my blood sugar gets too low.  Jittery, shakey, and sweaty.

I think the issue is you need a night out at Nacho Mama's!!

Nicole I am not a doctor but I ust agree with everyone else. Hubby is diabetic and when his sugar is low he sweats, feels flushed, shaky and jittery. I think this may be your issue. I hope you feel better soon.

I'm with everyone else, sounds like low blood sugar.  But please make sure that you follow up with your doctor as "We are not doctors, we just play them on TV."  (HA, HA)

Nic -

What exactly were you eating/drinking?  Could also be dumping.  If it happens again, get it checked out, please!
