Yesterday:

B - greek yogurt/strawberry smoothie

S - peanuts

L - chili w/cheese

D - greek yogurt w/fresh blackberries and strawberries

LNS - skim milk w/splenda

72 oz. fluids, 82g protein, most of my vits!

B - omlet & 1 slice rye toast (breakfast in bed!)

L - ny strip & 1/2 side salad (Romano's)

S - ka****rail mix bar

D - greek yogurt & rice cake w/ pb


All my vits, 58g protein, not near enough fluids.

Yesterday:

Breakfast - Leftover Baja Fresh steak tostada

Lunch - tuna salad

Dinner - rib eye, collard greens and cheese.

Dessert - no sugar added Blue Bunny Double Strawberry icecream

106 ounces of fluids - was fighting the "I'm bored therefore I'm hungry" monster.

Picked the vitamins back up today.  :(

normally dont post cuz i eat badly but i am getting back on track today.

today i've had:

greek yogurt w/ honey and walnuts

orange

two drumsticks and thigh chicken
some chicken salad
couple bites cole slaw

i'll probably have some cheese, peanut butter, yogurt b4 i go home depending on my hunger

tonight i'll have steak, mushrooms, salad, and a bit of potatoe
