I joined another gym!

There is a free gym at work, but I don't like the hours during the summer (being a college they really cater to the students), they don't have fun classes and i can't take my son with me. He's been wanting to go, but the college requires them to be 18! :( So, I joined another gym! This one has better hours. Older clientele so I don't have to watch the 18 and 20 yo the size of a toothpick run next to me walking on the treadmill. I'm going to do a beginning spinning class tomorrow morning and a beginning martial arts class on Tuesday evening. Crazy what we get excited about, huh? LOL

Good for you!!! I know what you mean about feeling uncomfortable - when I was first post-op, I joined a hospital gym (it was part of their cardiac/pulmonary rehab), and it was awesome. All of the equipment was obesity friendly and it helped me sooooooo much!!
