Well today is my surgiversary and I'm still holding at 250 pounds. It's hard to believe the wild ride I have been on has been a year already. I'm celebrating today with a nice long walk :) I hope everyone is doing alright!

Congratulations! You have done such a fabulous job! You have every right to be proud.

I heard the update yesterday on the vein report - that was good. But how are your legs otherwise? Are you healing? Has the pain subsided? I (and many others) have been worried about you!

Thank you Debbie :) yeah the infection is gone but there's still some tenderness especially on the surface......however since there's no issue in the veins, then that leaves the lymph system.....so I'm having to continue my manual lympatic drain treatments and wear compression stockings probably for the rest of my life.......so as far as the pain factor goes, I'm not in any pain anymore :)
