I've been having a hard time with my band the last few weeks (I posted about that on Friday I believe), but I just received an email from my cousin with the picture to the right. It is from the surprise party we attended weekend before last. So, I thought I'd do a side by side comparison of my pre-op and now then decided I had to share with all of you. Holy guacamole batman! I'm 90 pounds lighter (and I'm not done yet!), I look 10 years younger in the after picture (anyone want to guess my age? No peaking!), I got pregnant with Lacie on my own rather than with 9 years of fertility drugs like with Kylie, and for God sakes...YOU CAN SEE LIGHT BETWEEN MY WAIST AND ARMS NOW! and um, I HAVE a waist now). My boobs are HUGE though....thank you booby milk fairy! LOL There are other NSVs like not being diabetic any longer, improved blood pressure, normal triglycerides and lipids, etc. Just a happy realization moment that I wanted to share.

Oh my Heather I hope you band thing works out. The pictures dont lie. What an amazing difference. You are beautiful in both pictures but man has the face changed. I cant believe its the same person... Way to go !!!

Heather - Fabulous pics! You have come so far. You are very smart to remind yourself of this, especially now when your band has been troubling you. Hopefully, the band issues will get resolved soon. Meanwhile continue to enjoy the new you! You earned it!
