So what's everyone eating?  I was BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD last night - okay, semi-bad.  It was Dad's bday, and since we'd taken him out on Sunday, he just wanted to stay home and have a steak sub last night.  That sounded really good to me, too!!

Yesterday:

B - Greek yogurt with mandarin oranges and TVP

L - Middle Eastern Combo plate - assortment of bean dips, salad, stuffed grape leaves and whole wheat pita - YUMMY!!!

S - Apple

D - 1/4 cheesesteak sub, 4 french fries

S - Small slice of bday cake

All my fluids, all my vits!!

Now that I have my shizz together I can post here:

 

B – Click Frappucino (255 cals, 36g protein)

L – 1 c. turkey vegetable soup (153 cals, 18g protein), 2 Carbquik biscuits (20 cals, 1g carbs each!)

S – 1 slice protein peanut butter pie (149 cals, 15g protein)

S2 – Atkins vanilla protein shake (150 cals, 15g protein)

D – grilled jerk tilapia and vegetables (172 cals, 22g protein)

LNS – homemade chocolate protein pop (86 cals, 15g protein)

Mmmm...steak sub sounds GREAT!!!

S - turkey jerky

L - it. sausage caponata

S - skim milk w/splenda

D - rotisserie chicken w/sesame ginger snap peas

LNS - TJs raspberry/brie phillo snacks

84 oz. fluids, 99g protein, all my vits.
