3 THINGS FOR WEDNESDAY

Good Morning Everyone!

Glad to have you back Tia! I am sorry to hear the teeth are still troubling you. As we have discussed before, there is nothing worse! Happy Birthday to your Dad. He sounds like a special guy. Best wishes to him. And also great news about K! She definitely has a bright future ahead of her.

Work continues to be quite busy for me. Once again, I will not be around a lot today.

1- For quick and cheap service - Just when I did not need it, I got to work yesterday only to discover I had a nail in one of my tires. It promptly went quite flat. First, AAA came within 15 minutes and put the donut on. And second, the repair only cost $11 and they got me in and out quickly this AM. I really appreciate all this because I really could not afford the time to have to deal with this right now. It was still an unwelcome disruption, but could have been so much worse.

2 - That I managed to catch myself when I tripped in the parking lot this AM. I am such a klutz.!Knowing me, I would have really injured something if I fell. Whew!

3 - For my family and friends!

Have a super day!

Morning Debbie!!!  I tell you, I am SO sick and tired of these dental issues.  I know there's light at the end of the tunnel, but honestly, it's wearing on me.  It just doesn't seem "right," that there should still be sensitivity even after it's capped.  Hopefully, they'll either give me encouraging news on Friday or FIX IT!!!

Oh my gosh!!  I'm so glad you didn't hit the ground - YIKES!!!

I'm with you on nails in the tires!  For a LONG time, it seemed as if I kept the local repair shops in business - in fact, I'm CONVINCED they were out there throwing MORE nails on the ground!  Thank God they could plug yours and didn't have to replace the whole tire.

Have a great day!  Try to take some time for you, too!

Hugs,

Tia

Tia, Now that I think about it, I had a problem with a capped tooth like that a while ago. In the end, it turned out that the fit was not 100% right. For me, one tiny corner was just a smidge high for my bite. Once they finally found it and adjusted it, I was fine. Sometimes the tiniest little things like that can be huge in their impact.

GMTA, Debbie!!  Mom said the same thing.  All I know is that when I "suck" air in or anything hits it - OWIE!!!

Bitewise, it FEELS okay, but we'll see.

Thanks!

I hear you, Nic.  Our grass needs cutting SOOOOOOOO badly, and my Dad won't be able to do it next week.  I may hire someone to come in for a couple of weeks.  For some perverse reason, Dad enjoys doing it, but he's just not going to be up to it.  I could do it, neither our front nor our back is big at all, I'm just not going to have the time.

I hope you have a blast in Florida!!  At least it'll probably be warmer there!

I saw pics of the kitties - they are TOOOOOO cute!!!

Have a great day!

Tia,

My neighbor who just got back to work after being laid off for a while (but who doesn't work when it rains) cuts my grass and is reasonable. I know he'd be thrilled to pick up a bit more money.  Let me know.

Ren -

Couldja find out what he considers "reasonable" for a yard (front and back) similar to yours, I'd guess, in size, and let me know.

Thanks!!

Morning all,

I actually had some SUN on the way to work this morning!

Happy Birthday to your Dad, Tia.  And congrats again to K, her future does indeed look bright!

Today, I'm grateful...

1.  That Brie made it through her surgery yesterday and isn't bothering any of her incisions or stitches.  If it had been Colby I would have been up with her all night and would have had to stay home for days to keep her from unstitching herself!

2.  For the scale continuing to move in a downward motion, albeit VERY slowly!

3.  To the SUN for making an appearance today.  It's been oh so dreary of late!

Good day all!
Heather
