TUESDAY FEED BAG

Well, Tia's off and Debbie is busy so I'll get this one started.  How's everyone doing with eating.  Found something that my pouch/body doesn't like - yogurt covered raisins!

Yesterday:

B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake

L - small beef/bean burrito w/greek yogurt, salsa, and guac

S - yogurt covered raisins

D - pork roast, onions, a few bite sized potatoes
      1 1/2 pieces dried pineapple

LNS - skim milk w/splenda

72 oz. fluids, 72g protein, all my vits!

Yesterday:

B- Greek Yogurt w/ splenda and Strawberry Jam (NSA)

L- Salad w/ strawberries, pecans, red grapes, feta cheese and mandarin oranges (YUM)
     1/2 pork chop from the night before

D-  1/4 of seafood quesadilla, 1/2 of pork rib

I haven't been good about updating this and eating like I should... Work got insane yesterday and this is the first break I have had since... Ugh!

We won't even talk about the weekend - I ate my first "BAD BAD BAD" thing and didn't get sick - half of a chicken tender (can we say deep fried!) but then got a piece of sausage stuck the next morning at breakfast and went running to the bathroom - which was NOT close since we were in a hotel and the thing was across the lobby and down the hall!  It came up and all was well in my world... BUT still wasn't pleasant.


Back to yesterday....
 
B - Half of a Scotch Egg (Hard boiled egg wrapped in sausage and baked.

S - Cheese Stick

L - Cheese and red sauce with about 3 beans from Taco Bell - weird but it was like they forgot the beans and just gave me a bowl of cheese and sauce!

S - Cashews (Anyone know how much protein is in these and almonds, getting conflicting info...)

D - Danish Bacon (think thin pork chops) and baked beans

S - CL popsicle

Anyone have a protein bar they really like?  I bought my first box today they are the south beach cinnamon and raisin and while they are good, they are only 10g protein...  I do think I like the ones without chocolate, but that is because I have never found good healthy chocolate!!!

I eat almonds all the time....they have 6g of protein in 1 oz.......which is about 28 almonds.  I looked up cashews on The Daily Plate and it looks like they have 5g of proteinin 1 oz.

Yesterday..........

B:  Yoplait Light yogurt (apple turnover)

S: pepper jack cheese stick

L:  1/2 can tuna made w/ 1/2 Tbsp light mayo, 4 whole grain crackers, 1/2 cup rice/bean/corn salad

S: apple and hard boiled egg

D: 3 oz. salmon cake, 1/2 cup brussel sprouts

S: Breyers NSA chocolate ice cream (made me feel  nauseated....and verrrry tired)


Had my 6 month follow up appointment with Dr. Lidor.  My B12 was a little low so now I have to take 2 of the sublingual tablets per day.....she said if its still low when its re-checked in 3 months she may switch me to injections.

Did my 30 minutes on the elliptical..........all my fluids, all my vits.
