MONDAY'S FLUID CHECK

Okay, I've now sufficiently dried out after lunch to drink again.  Lunch was 2 spicy black bean burgers (Morningstar Farms) with melted cheese, salsa and Greek yogurt!  NUM-YUMMY!!!  I STILL want to drink while eating and immediately after - I hate that I can't!!!

So far today:

40 oz. coffee
48 oz. water w/s/f apple drink

I find that I really want to drink when I can't, but don't when I should. Tia, I'm assuming your drinking decaf?   I probably could get more fluids in if I drink coffee instead of trying to force down cold drinks.

Nope, fully leaded.  But then, I'm almost 4 years out, and I drink a TON of water to flush the caffeine.  I probably COULD do with decaf, just never really think about ordering it.

Do you like hot tea?  There are a ton of great flavored teas out there, many of them decaf.  Also, sometimes, I heat the s/f apple drink mix from Walmart and add some cinnamon - tastes like apple cider. 

I like to drink skim milk with Splenda in it, too - you get the num-yumminess and added protein.

Don't worry, it takes time!!!

Back from my appt. and eating lunch now.  VERY small beef/bean burrito w/greek yogurt, salsa, melted cheese and a tablespoon of guac!  NUM YUMMY indeed!

A little behind since I'm working from home:

1 10 ounce coffee
32 ounce power ade
20 ounce water
recycled the powerade bottle and finished off 32 ounces of strawberry, orange banana mix (from Target)

Getting ready to refill for another 32 ounces....
