Good morning!!  What's everyone eating?  Personally, I'm still in a food rut, don't really know why, I just almost don't FEEL like eating!!  Imagine that!

Friday:

B - Protein bar (which promptly tried to eat my crown!)

L - Soup

D - Soup

All my fluids, all my vits!!!

BTW, I DID try KFC's grilled chicken over the weekend - I was impressed!!!  I ate a chicken leg and part of a thigh, which was amazing for me, since chicken generally isn't my friend!

I THINK S/F Candy tried a boneless piece, but mine wasn't boneless.  It tasted REALLY good and was exceptionally MOIST.  That could be an aberration, though, because I always wonder how the KFC near me can even stay in business!!!!!

I haven't had Pirate's Booty in a long time - since my WW days!!  I remember you could eat almost the whole bag for very few points!!!  LOL!!

And it melts down to almost nothing...I felt like I could have eaten at least 1/2 the bag!

I'll answer for Heather, Jo, because she might not be near the computer.

The best way to describe Pirate's Booty is hull-less popcorn - sort of like Utz's Puffin Corn.  Trader Joe's carries it, and I've seen it in Giant, too.

I’m debating whether I should up my calories. Currently I eat 1300/day at 16 mos. out. I exercise about 4-5 days a week and typically burn about 5-600 calories a workout. Everyone tells me I should be at 1500 calories a day but I’m skeered!

Today:

B – Chocolate hazelnut protein shake

L – Cajun tilapia w/ turkey smoked sausage, onions, and green peppers over 1/4 c. seasoned TVP (textured vegetable protein – used as a rice replacement)

S – ½ c. cottage cheese with Splenda, cinnamon, and ¼ c. high protein/high fiber cereal

D – not sure but something involving chicken breasts

LNS – a slice of protein peanut butter pie with a dollop of fat free whipped cream

This all comes up to less than 1200 calories so I’m going to have to throw something else in there.
