I’m debating whether I should up my calories. Currently I eat 1300/day at 16 mos. out. I exercise about 4-5 days a week and typically burn about 5-600 calories a workout. Everyone tells me I should be at 1500 calories a day but I’m skeered!
Today:
B – Chocolate hazelnut protein shake
L – Cajun tilapia w/ turkey smoked sausage, onions, and green peppers over 1/4 c. seasoned TVP (textured vegetable protein – used as a rice replacement)
S – ½ c. cottage cheese with Splenda, cinnamon, and ¼ c. high protein/high fiber cereal
D – not sure but something involving chicken breasts
LNS – a slice of protein peanut butter pie with a dollop of fat free whipped cream
This all comes up to less than 1200 calories so I’m going to have to throw something else in there.
