I thought I would start this since Tia had to dash out. This almost does not count for me since I am focusing on starting over. Yesterday was a fluids day for me.

B - Homemade protein shake

L - Canned Worldwide Protein Shake

D - Canned Low Carb Slimfast shake

I also had several diet hot cocoa drinks during the day which added some more protein.

How did everyone else do yesterday?

Yesterday:

B - kefir/strawberry protein shake

L - ground beef/lentil/tomatoe "slop"

S - handful peanuts
      handful cheddar goldfish

D - 2 very small pieces thin crust sausage pizza

LNS - skim milk w/splenda

82 oz fluids, 81g protein, all my vits!

Thanks, Debbie!!!  I forgot all about this!!!  I'm just waiting at my brother's for K to call from the bday party, then I'm heading home.

So..............are you finding it very difficult to do just liquids? 

Yesterday:

B - Protein Bar

L - Salad with salmon

S - PB

D - Chicken pizza quesadilla

All my fluids, all my vits!!

Hi Debbie - I don't think I could do two days of liquids... I give you all the props in the world!

For me:

B: poached egg and 3 slices of turkey bacon (woke up hungry)
L:  my version of a chef salad with oil and vinegar dressing
D:  tilapia with some kind of veggie

lots of water and decafe ice tea

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

Yesterday.........

B:  1 cup vanilla dannon light and fit with chocolate NSA carnation instant breakfast and 1/4 banana

L: 1/2 cup split pea soup, 1 triangle of chicken & cheese quesadilla w/ salsa

pre gym snack: 1/2 cheesesteak roll-up

post gym snack/moment of weakness: other half of cheesesteak roll up
 
D: 1/6th digiorno thin crust cheese pizza (stewing over that 2nd half of cheesesteak roll up)

S:  3/4 cup breyer's NSA vanilla ice cream with 1 sliced strawberry

kicked butt on the elliptical
