6 months?  WTH?  IMHO, if you're eating solid food, what's so different about vitamins?  IDK!!!

I did the liquid Centrum (heinous), and the liquid ones available on www.bariatricadvantage.com (equally heinous).  But seriously, once I could eat solid foods, I just made sure the vitamins were chopped up fairly small.

I'm sorry, honey, I wish I had more helpful info.

I am considering crushing them and just gagging them down with something...  I am just afraid of malabsorbtion...

I think I will continue to gag them down until my 2 month appointment and work out a new plan with the surgeon then...  This is what I get for ordering 3 months worth when everyone told me not to buy something I might not like later!!

Not sure I understand your malab fears............you will ALWAYS malabsorb, simply because of the way your insides are configured now.

Yesterday..........

B:  Breakfast smoothie......NSA chocolate carnation instant breakfast, skim mil**** and 1/2 banana

S: 1 oz. brie on 4 whole grain crackers

L: leftover chicken curry (3 oz. chicken), 1/2 cup of pineapple/grapes

S: 2 oz. deli ham and a pickle spear

D: 3 oz. chicken breast sauteed with garlic and broccoli with 1/4 cup of Classico alfredo sauce

S: 1/2 Yoplait Light apple turnover yogurt

Today was a weird day for me.  All day staff meeting and lunch was served.  Wasn't too bad though.  The snack is where I kinda went wrong.  Didn't read the label on the protein bar I bought...glad I only ate half of it.  It had 24g of sugar in it!!!  I balanced it out with a water based protein shake so my carbs wouldn't be too crazy but still...weird day.

B - Protein mudslide
S - grapes
L - 3 oz. turkey, slice of cheese, a couple of slices of tomato with mustard
S - 1/2 a sucky protein bar
S - soy nuts
S - Protein mocha freeze
D - (if you can call it that), Greek yogurt with PB2 (powdered peanut) and 1/4 c. Fiber One

Strange, strange day
