WEDNESDAY'S FLUID CHECK

Okay, everybody needs to stop picturing me chucking perfectly good candy out the sunroof of my car and tell me how much fluid you've had today!!!  LOL!!!

Me:

50 oz. coffee
11 oz. protein shake
48 oz. water with s/f apple drink mix

Next!!!!

Working from home today, so I'm a tad behind.

So far:

24 oz. protein shake
20 oz. iced tea

eating lunch now...20 oz. CL afterwards...

Fluid?

Check!

32 oz. decaf ice tea
24 oz. water

I will drink more after I run... I always get so thirsty after I run.

I'm never as good as you guys.  :(

16 oz lady grey tea
17 oz peach iced tea (crystal light package)
17 oz raspberry crystal light stuff

I don't sit at my desk and can't take drinks into my animal rooms.  :(

That's okay, Jenn, you're doing good!!!  I can drink so much more because I'm so much further out.  And I AM chained to my desk!!!  And I don't work with rats.  Four-legged, anyway!

My rats are nicer and don't talk back to me.  (I have the aforementioned teenager for that!)

Ugh!!  There's a new tv commercial for Ehrlich Pest Control - MICE!!!  ICK!!! 

Then, the other night, I had a dream that there was a box from our attic in the living room, and you could hear scratching in it - there were like 9-10 mice!!  DOUBLE ICK!!!

Not yet, either.  Sorry.
