been away for a while!

Hi all!  I've been away for a while....life got a little crazy for a few weeks.  I have some good news....I got a promotion at work!!!  I'll be the "director of social services" as of May 9th.  I'm so happy and proud....and nervous!  I'm sure life will continue to be somewhat crazy as I adjust to my new role at work.  I have to HIRE someone to take my spot as a regular old social worker....I've never HIRED anyone before...hehe.....i've got A LOT to learn =)

Anyways, I'm back.....missed the boards!!

Hiring is a lot of fun (at least for me!) it is when things go wrong and you have to let someone go that it sucks!!
