WEDNESDAY'S FEED BAG
Yes, homemade quiche tends to be sooo much better than store bought! At least that has been my experience.
Yesterday:
B - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
L - mini beef/bean burrito w/greek yogurt/salsa sauce
S - peanuts
1/4 c. cheddar goldfish
D - lentil/groundbeef "slop" (that is what it looked like :)
70 oz. fluids, 72g protein, all but one dose calcium
NEXT!!!

D - Beef Veg Soup and about an ounce of chicken from Lee's Chicken and Waffles
S - CL Popsicle
50 oz fluid, all my vits!!!, 42 g protein (I meant to do a shake last night and forgot)
Today I am going to go to the surgeon's office and weigh in for my six week scale test!
B - Beef put into spagetti sauce
S - Cheese Stick
L - TB Pintos and Cheese (lazy me)
S - Saltines and Cheese
D - Beef Veg Soup and about an ounce of chicken from Lee's Chicken and Waffles
S - CL Popsicle

L: 3 oz. curried chicken salad w/ grapes, 4 whole grain crackers, hard boiled egg
S: string cheese
D: sushi....2 pieces tuna nigiri, 2 pieces salmon nigiri, 1 california roll
1137 calories, 52g fat, 92 carbs, 21g sugars, 78g protein
60-something oz. fluids.......reallllly good for me =)
