Hi Tia!  I marked my calendar for the 27th's support group.  I do hope I can make it.  I am speaking at my doc's support group next week in Lancaster - nervous about that...

I have been "back to the basics"  since Monday.  I am starting to feel better after "de"toxing from the sugar and alcohol I have been partaking in and when I jumped on the scale this morning I was already down 4 pounds!  I think it must be all the salt from the margaritas!

B:  ham and cheese/turkey and cheese roll up
L:  chicken ceasar salad
D:  crustless pizza with veggie toppings

lots of water and decaf ice tea

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

By the way, what store can I find the SF pie filling that I have heard so many folks mention? It is definitely, not at my Giant. I thought it would be a nice change for my Greek yogurt.

Deb ~ I've only found No Sugar Added pie filling in the baking aisle.  The only flavors I've found are apple and cherry.

Hi Beth!!

Sugar is my downfall, too, so I've really been trying to watch it.  Salt on my first rita is an absolute must - after that, I can do without it.

You'll do great at your talk - I've given several in the past, and all, even the first, were surprisingly easy because I was so passionate about the topic.

Feel free to come here for support the morning of - if nothing else, we can make you laugh so hard stuff comes out your nose!

Have a great day!

Tia
