Brunch at Michaels
Gail - I didn't recognize you at first because I'm used to the avatar! You're a great hostess and I hope we run into each other again before June. Thank you so much for the coupons - I am so ready to reward myself for finishing my term papers with a cherry cobbler! (No I haven't finished them yet, taking a break to say thanks!)
Tia - always so fun, I so look forward to seeing you! We'll have to find you some SPF 10000 for you for the next time you're scorekeeping. PS...thanks for the trolling comment. I think he feels a little better, even though I haven't asked him about it yet.
Darla - check the Md Board out - someone posted soemthing about the Carbquik - I think we have just found an answer to your pancake obsession!!!!!
Heather - you look great! I couldn't remember if your hair was that short at the NYC trip, I coulda sworn it was longer, but anyway - you look great!
Debbie - if we move next summer, and I wind up closer to North Baltimore, I'll get you hooked in crocheting! I promise!
I reallly, really appreciated being able to get out and have a break from the scholastic nightmare. It certainly was well worth the trip and the time!
I am working on the beach weekend .. have to be sure there's not something going with Mack the fire truck ...
Hugs, Mo
Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
I'm not the least bit hurt ! It was a lively group, and we had not met before and I was all the way at the other end of the table, so not strange for you to miss me.
It was a fun time , can't wait to get a chance to do it again soon.
Hugs, Mo
