MONDAY FEED BAG
How was everyone's eating over the weekend?
Friday:
B - greek yogurt protein shake
L - chicken piccata
S - pretzels
2 double stuff oreos (BAD BAD BAD!!)
D - two small pieces frozen thin crust pizza
Saturday:
B - turkey bacon
L - sesame encrusted salmon

D - shrimp w/white sauce and camembert cheese
Sunday:
B - greek yogurt protein shake
L - scallops w/white wine parmesan sauce
2 bites broccoli
2 bites applesauce
S - gold fish crackers
BAD BAD BAD oreos!!
D - none - bad night!

S-Saltines
L- I know I ate something!
S- 2 ravoli's with beef and mushrooms in them
D-Outback chicken and brocolli
Saturday (no appetite)
B - tuna salad *ick*
S - crystal light popsicle
D- Sausage and baked beans
Sunday
B - No idea what I ate!
S - croissant
L- cheese stick and half deviled egg
S-crystal light popsicle
D- Shrimp on the grill
I know I was way low on protein, fluids and vits :(
B- N/A
L- Wendy's Sm. Chili and Sm. cheeseburger w/ bottom half of roll
D- 1/4 broiled crabcake, salad and french fries (dangit!)
S- 1 slice of Roast Beef and 1/2 mini chocolate eclair
Saturday-
B-N/A
L- Most of the meat from a Pit Turkey Sandwich
D- Snack Wrap fried chicken from Wendy's
S- 1/4 Berger Cookie, 1 chip with 7 layer dip, 1 strawberry (buffet at a party I attended)
Sunday-
B- A few bites of - crab/feta omelet, philly cheesteak omelet, belgium waffle, 2 slices of bacon and strawberries w/ whipped cream. (It's nice being able to share family's food).
D- Ahi Tuna appetizer and 1 1/2 Shrimp Potstickers from PF Changs
S- small dish of NSA Vanilla Bean Icecream w/ melted NSA seedless blackberry jam, 6 blackberries and SF Cool whip. (What a treat!)

Friday:
B: A “Click Frappucino"
L: Taco casserole w/ ¼ c. TVP and ½ an apple
S: other ½ of apple, greek yogurt with 2 tbsp PB2 mixed in
S: 10 baby carrots
D: Chick-Fil-A
LNS (I usually eat in small batches throughout the evening): Wasabi roasted peas, “hot cinnabon in a cup" (hot protein drink), carbquik low carb soft pretzel (homemade…pic on my profile)
Saturday:
B: Click Frappucino
L: 1 slice pepperoni pizza (yeah...I did it...and?) and some fruit salad
I had my cooking party that day so here is what I ate:
1/3 Click Frappucino
1/3 Protein mudslide
4 or 5 mini crustless quiches (see the Pouch Party blog for pics)
¼ Egg NikMuffin (pic on my blog)
LNS: a small rice cake with Power PB on it
Sunday:
B: 3 Carbquik pancakes, 1 slice turkey bacon
S: Click Frappucino
L: tuna mixed with greek yogurt and salsa on a white cheddar rice cake
S: ½ c. greek yogurt with PB2
D: 2 shrimp and veggie samosas (low carb, homemade, pic on my profile)
LNS: small rice cake with Power PB
