Cool! I'll post here when I have it all together. It's always the last Saturday of the month and I know the theme is Mexican food but I gotta work some other stuff out. I'm looking for a host for the party as my mom's oven is broken and I usually have it at her house.

I love Mexican and can make some really good salsa. I use it a lot on stuff I cook. I can send you the recipe if you want it. It's really easy (as easy as making a protein shake!)
