FEED BAG
Well, I have been avoiding this one since I have been struggling lately. i am good during the day, but am losing the battle at night. Yesterday....
B - Weight Control Oatmeal w/skim milk and raisins
S - Almonds
L - Salad with tuna and cheese, and light balsamic dressing
S - Fresh Strawberries
D - Greek yogurt
My unnecessary evening eating included popcorn and Greek yogurt. Not bad stuff in moderation at the right times. But this was totally unnecessary for the day.

I am having some difficulties myself and haven't quite pinpointed it, but I will soon enough I'm sure.
Yesterday:
B- Greek Yogurt w/ Reduced Sugar Strawberry Jam
S- Laughing Cow Cheese
L- Gyro Meat w/ cucumbers, tomatoes & feta w/ Tzaziki sauce
S- Laughing Cow Cheese
D- 4 Clams Casino, 1 oz of steak, 1 oz of pork chop
S- 1 bite of peanut butter cheesecake
Next!!!

Thanks for posting this Debbie! I meant to this morning but got caught up in the day. Late afternoon and evenings are my hardest times!

S - cheddar goldfish
pretzels
D - cheese quesadilla w/greek yogurt and salsa
LNS - skim milk w/splenda
87 oz. fluids, 101g protein, all my vits!

Hey Deb! Good Lord is my band TIGHT!!! It's my TOM (makes the band tighter with the extra bodily fluid) and I can tell you I surely didn't miss it while I was pregnant or these past four months after having the baby.
B - Fruit and yogurt parfait / decaf coffee - McDonald's on the way to the zoo!
L - PB&J, 6 mini pretzels, 3 TJ's choc kitty cat cookies - packed lunch for at the zoo :)
D - Hot dog (no bun), 1/4 cup baked beans, 2 tbsp corn - got DOG sick late last night as my pouch was emptying.....didn't manage to chew up a piece of hot dog and it wouldn't go down!
