THE FEED BAG
Oh, wow!! I ate out a LOT yesterday!!! Yesterday morning, I was eating my breakfast and my boss, who's REALLY picky, said, "Oh, strawberries and whipped cream - that looks good!" You should've seen his face when I told him what it WAS!!! LOL!!
Yesterday:
B - Greek yogurt, strawberries, TVP
L - Asian chicken salad
D - Filet (it worked!!), broccoli and mashed cauliflower

TVP is Textured Vegetable Protein. You can use it all kinds of ways to add more protein to dishes. It can be used to replace rice as well, which is how I've used it. Some people (Tia and Nessa come to mind) use it over their greek yogurt for some crunch instead of granola. I've also heard of people adding it to Chili to add protein. Apparently they make flavored version but I've only ever tried the unflavored which takes on the taste of whatever you are eating it with. Below is the link to it's explanation on Wikipedia.
