Going under the knife....again

Just so that you know, May 20th is a magical day, so no worries!!!  That is my one year surgiversary, so I know everything will work out for you.  Remember, you are covered by FMLA!!!!

I've worked there less than a year and it's not that, it's how they look at me. negative opinions really make it hard to be successful. So glad we will share a surgery day lol.

Someone, somewhere will never be happy with what we are doing.  We must learn to make ourselves happy for just us.  Nic:  I have always admired you.  You have a degree and I don't have mine.  You are very accomplished and I don't see this in myself.  You have just become a OH group leader.  These are important accomplishments in your life.  Don't discount yourself.  You are a beautiful, wonderful, phenominal woman.  Be proud of yourself and love yourself for you!!!

Thanks for all the compliments. It is hard to see your own value. You say all these wonderful things about me but then put yourself down in the process. Do me a favor and realize your own worth as well. A degree does not a person make. It is what you do in your life that is important. You are doing something very good with your life and you should be proud. I only met you once but I still remember you very clearly. You are a wonderful person too. Don't forget that!

Thanks Nic.  I do know that I am a good person.  My degree or lack of it is the one area that really irritates me about my life.  I am a smart person, but people don't see that without that piece of paper.  My life just happened to lead me from getting that.  I do my best to help people realize that, but it seems that I just have to work that much harder without having that little piece of paper. 

 Nicole:  You will be fine. That is a lot of surgery for one year.  I have faith in you and will send my angels to protect you and help you.  :)  If ya need to chat just give a holla:):)
