Brunch at Michaels on Sunday

i Mo - Michael's is on York Rd. in Timonium. It is just North of Timonium Rd. and not too far from the Timonium Fairgrounds where they have the State Fair every year. Yo9u can take the Timonium Exit off of I83 to the East (towards York Rd.), make a left turn at York Rd. Stay in your right lane after you turn, it is on the right hand side.

Sam - Life will get better and you will have more choices. I have no idea what I will eat on Sunday until I see what they have. I may have a salad with grilled chicken and cheese, crabcake, omelet. Since this is brunch, I am not sure what they offer. But I generally find something at almost any restaurant that I go to these days. Yes, I do wind up taking leftovers home, but I just consider that normal.

As for the stage you are in right now, are you allowed cottage cheese yet? You could add a little applesauce and cinnamon to the cottage cheese.  For the soups, try playing with spices. I had never had cream of shrimp soup before WLS. When I discovered it, I loved it. I add some Old Bay to it.
