Hi all - I'll get this started for Tia!!

Yesterday:

B - greek yogurt protein shake

L - salad w/shrimp
      small piece coconut cake

D - chicken piccata

LNS - skim milk w/splenda

72 oz. fluids, 105g  protein, most of my vits (forgot one dose of calcium and iron :(

NEXT!!!

B- 1/4 cup of greek yogurt w/1/4 cup of gluten free cranberry and maple granola
      2 cups of coffee

S- 1 mini light babybel

L- 1 slice of multigrain pizza w/black beans and corn (leftovers)

S- 1/4 cup almonds
     1/2 cup edamame

D- 4 oz. of pork tenderloin,  1 cup of spinach, 1 cup of strawberries

S- 40 plain M&M's ( I WAS FIENDING)

109 grams of protein, all of my water, and all of my vitamins (for once!)

S - Garlic and herb pita chips (Thank God they are gone!!)

S - SF Jello cup w/ Cool Whip Free

D - 6 oz. can Albacore tuna (mixed w/ mayo) w/ 10 TJ's mini toasts
