A major milestone hit!!!!

You know every time I go away, I manage to lose weight. it's not because I don't eat, I eat until I'm full and I do have about three meals a day. Well this morning I got on the scales and I am now half the man I used to be. I have lost 250 pounds and i weigh 250 LOL
