KFC Grilled Chicken

I decided I'd take one for the group and try the grilled chicken today for lunch.

4 words for you guys if you want to try it.  BBQ sauce.

It's chicken, yes, it's okay - just doesn't have that "wow" factor - it was pretty mild.  I was beginning to wonder if they boiled the chicken and then painted pavement stripes on it to make it look grilled.

My personal opinion is I won't eat it again not unless they grill it with some real barbecue sauce.

Thank for the report. Now I won't be tempted to try it. Fast food, especially drive through places were my downfall pre-op. I really try to stay away from them now. I am too afraid I will fall back into my old habits if I go to them, even if I try to order healthy.

Someone at my work had it for lunch one day and said it tasted more like baked chicken, and was pretty bland.

So funny you brought this up!

We had it for dinner last night, and I was gonna post about it.  Still seemed kinda breaded and oily to me....not very grilled and not very good.  First time I've given KFC a chance since they got rid of the Rotisserie Chx - and probably the last.

thanks for taking one for the group.  I like KFC's original with the skin off, cole slaw and mashed potatoes.  Mashed pototoes are sliders for me, and slaw gets stuck.  So, KFC gets passed these days. Also, I found out that anything greasy, oily is OFF LIMITS FOR ME. pain, sweating, etc
Keep up the reports
