PEANUT BUTTER LOVERS!!!!
I just love this stuff, although I don't eat it every day.

A serving (2 tablespoons) has 190 calories (yikes!), 16 g of fat (yikes!), 7 g total carbs and 3 g sugar.
I love, love, love it with apples or pita chips. I also discovered that, unlike any other pb, when you heat it, it tastes JUST like the pb ice cream topping at Friendly's. I had some on l/c vanilla ice cream last week....O M G!!!!
It's a nice indulgence, with the added bonus of 7 g of protein!!

You're welcome, Mellie!!! Actually, it was just by chance that I discovered it - one day, I scraped the pb off the side of the jar instead of right from the middle and discovered that that's what it tasted like so I started playing with it a little. Start at 5 seconds when you nuke it, and go from there.
If you REALLY like it, you might NOT be thanking me later!!!! LOL!!!

Actually the only difference between the natural and creamy JIF is the type of added oil; the nutritional info and serving size is identical. Natural uses palm oil rather than vegetable oil, but I thought palm oil was supposed to be one of the "bad" oils??? Very dangerous info about the Friendly's topping...I loved that stuff.
I use Power PB:
![](http://tbn3.google.com/images?q=tbn:h9_fVwaQ9PWr7M:http://images.netrition.com/images/SnacLitePowerPB.jpg)
2 tbsp=157.5 cals, 12g protein
You can get it at GNC, Vitamin Shoppe or Netrition.com. It is like natural peanut butter in that the oil is separated but it also has flax seeds, wheat germ, and egg whites in it which adds protein and healthy fat. It's not as sweet as regular peanut butter but now I can't eat regular PB b/c it seems TOO sweet. This stuff is my CRACK!
