L- 1/2 ham sandwich on whole wheat toast

D-Carnation instant breakfast w/ scoop unflavored protein powder

S- ritz 100 calorie snack

All fluids, vitamins

Hey! Dinner sounds good, do you start with dry beans???

B - 5 oz can of tuna w/ LF mayo
L - 1/3 of cobb salad (Mimi's Cafe) w/ ranch
D - Gnocchi w/ chicken, red peppers and zucchini
S - 1/3 pecan nougat egg...YUMMM!

Mom threw the dry (unsoaked) beans, a lot of water and the ham bone and pieces into the crockpot on high and just let it cook (forever****il the beans were tender.  It thickened up, too, so it was like stew, I guess.  I added some chopped onion to the top - yum!!!

      mini caramel corn rice cakes

S - mini twix bar

D - Mousaka
       NSA cherry vanilla ice cream

LNS - skim milk w/splenda

70 oz. fluids, 69g protein, all but one dose of calcium (gotta get better at this!)

I did good yesterday - not quite up to par, but better!

B - Hamburger (leftover again!)

L - Ham, Turkey and cheese with cottage cheese rolled up

S - Chicken Torilla Soup from Healthy Choice.

D - Chili's Spicy Lime and Garlic Shrimp (I have been craving these since the day of surgery!!)

All my vits, 56oz of fluids, and 56g of protein!
