I did good yesterday - not quite up to par, but better!
B - Hamburger (leftover again!)
L - Ham, Turkey and cheese with cottage cheese rolled up
S - Chicken Torilla Soup from Healthy Choice.
D - Chili's Spicy Lime and Garlic Shrimp (I have been craving these since the day of surgery!!)
All my vits, 56oz of fluids, and 56g of protein!
