EGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGS!!  Sorry, but we dyed 3 dozen, so I'm sensing a theme here!!!

Breakfast:  3 deviled eggs

Lunch:  Greek shrimp salad

Snack:  Pita chips w/pb

Dinner:  Chicken quesadilla

Stupid snack:  Carrot cake

All my fluids, all my vits!!!

Lunch- Cottage cheese and  small slice of heavenly ham (Easter leftovers)
Dinner- Greek Yogurt w/ strawberry preserves

Snack- apple w/peanut butter

We didn't do Easter so we have NOOOO EGGS!!!  YAY!

B - greek yogurt protein shake

S - caramel corn quakes

L - 2-3 oz. ham, 1 spoonful mashed potatoes, 1 spoonful corn

S - turkey jerkey
      pretzels

D - chili
      2 mini twix bars

LNS - skim milk w/splenda

90 oz. fluids, 100g protein, all my vits!

Hmm.. Maybe we should have died eggs LOL

B - Meatballs with a bit of sauce (You all said I didn't have to eat breakfast foods *grins*)

L - Ham, Turkey and Cheese Roll Ups

S - Chicken Tortilla Soup from Healthy Choice (this scared me a bit, but it was fine... and I wanted it!)

D - Half a burger without the bun.

Not nearly enough fluids but 3 of 4 vits AND 52g of protein!

LOVE this season just for the eggs! lol  Need to make devilled ones!

B - Tuna w/ light mayo

L - 6 pc McNugget (Playland w/ Kylie)

D - 1/2 Grilled pork chop, green beans, mashed potatoes

S - Potted meat...craved it for some reason!

Here is what I ate yesterday.

8 AM  Protein shake
10 AM boiled egg white
12 PM  naked turkey fajita
2 PM  apple and cheese
4 PM  hummus and celery
6 PM  chicken kabob

all water and vitamins

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!
