Hmm.. Maybe we should have died eggs LOL
B - Meatballs with a bit of sauce (You all said I didn't have to eat breakfast foods *grins*)
L - Ham, Turkey and Cheese Roll Ups
S - Chicken Tortilla Soup from Healthy Choice (this scared me a bit, but it was fine... and I wanted it!)
D - Half a burger without the bun.
Not nearly enough fluids but 3 of 4 vits AND 52g of protein!

8 AM Protein shake
10 AM boiled egg white
12 PM naked turkey fajita
2 PM apple and cheese
4 PM hummus and celery
6 PM chicken kabob
all water and vitamins
8 AM Protein shake
